Sure, you can get the usual Valentine’s Day card for your guy from the reliable sources such as Visit American Greetings / Blue Mountain or you can do like Spike over at Spike’s Creative Side has done with a pretty nice Valentine’s card for a guy that still manages to be romantic. 
She’s a paper crafts junkie who obviously has some serious talent, judging by her portfolio.
